 In other words, you can let your customers speak for you.

To ensure a memorable testimonial, you need to ask your customers the right questions.
                       
Good testimonials communicate:
         • how you make them feel
         • showcase specific solutions
         • highlight why you’re different
          • include employees . . .
                  - why do they like to work for you
                  - let them share their favorite customer service stories
           • if a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth looking at
          • video testimonials convey feelings mere words can’t express and puts a                                                    
             face to the feedback

It's a community, not a commercial.
     • Listen: Seek first to understand, then be understood.

     • Share: People want to know what you’re working on. They don’t want to be sold or told.

     • Participate: Join groups, comment and offer insight.

     • Don't be a homebody. If you want people to come to your page you have to visit and interact    
        with them on their page.
